Chinese Medicine

‘Tui Na’ means ‘push and pull’

Tui Na is one of the oldest forms of bodywork, developed by martial artists to heal sports injuries. It involves soft and deep tissue massage, acupressure, and joint manipulation.

I had been experiencing painful knees for over a year, within weeks of seeing Tamsin the pain had drastically decreased to no pain. I had seen a lot of specialists before Tamsin, but none of them helped as much as her Tui Na massage.

Treatments

I offer:

  • Acupuncture
  • Tui Na (sports and remedial massage)
  • Cupping
  • Moxibustion

I studied Chinese Medicine with Xian Tian college, training in Acupuncture and Tui Na. I was trained in Tui Na by Rob Aspell, and was in the last cohort to be taught acupuncture by Damo Mitchell.
